Generationally Incorrect —
Master Plan

Four generations at one table, pulling apart the questions everyone's afraid to ask out loud — with the explicit goal of finding common ground or changing someone's mind. The friction is the hook. The bridge is the mission. Co-produced by Erik (Lucky 13), Gabe (Lucid Cinematics) & Tim (Ninja-360).

What this scroll is

The whole show's build plan — positioning, footprint, format, clip engine, funnel, launch. The shared map all three partners work from.

What this scroll is not

Not the money. Rates, splits, and terms live in the shared partnership doc — see the Ninja-360 Lane for how our lane bills.

1 · Positioning

The lane no one owns: between Diary-of-a-CEO production value, Jubilee's structured disagreement, and a late-night panel — organized around age as the axis of conflict. Taglines: "Every generation has something to fight about" · "Because the truth isn't always age-appropriate." Every episode ends on "where did we actually agree?" — that closing ritual is the editorial rule that keeps charged topics sponsor-safe.
Who it's for
Share-the-clip 25–45s are the primary audience — but the panel spans all four generations, so every viewer sees someone who thinks like them and someone who infuriates them. That tension is the retention mechanic.
Brand voice
Provocative but principled. The edge lives in the questions; the warmth lives in the goal. Never punch down, never pretend there's one correct answer.

2 · Episode Anatomy

SegmentRuntimeJob
Cold open0:30–1:00Sharpest 20 seconds of disagreement, cut in first. Hook before logo.
The Opener (signature)4–6 min"What's one belief your generation holds strongly that the others misunderstand?" Sets positions.
The Topic25–40 minOne pillar question + 4–6 sub-questions. Host steers for contrast, not chaos.
Steel-man round5–8 minEach generation argues the opposing side's best point — the "change your mind" engine and the most clippable segment.
Common Ground3–5 min"Where did we actually agree?" The mission delivered — and the warm share.
Outro / CTA0:30Sub, next-topic tease, and the Question-of-the-Week ask.

45–70 min long-form, video-first. Panel: fix one recognizable voice per generation as the home team; rotate the fourth seat for guest draw.

3 · Content Pillars — The Season Map

Main feed
The Big Questions · Work · Tech · Success & Money · Culture · Leadership · Family & Community. Each pillar = a themed run of episodes; makes planning, booking, and sponsor packages simple.
Third Rail — handle with care
Racism, gender, abortion, corruption, drugs. High-reach, advertiser-sensitive — scheduled as membership / YouTube-first "special" drops, never main-feed by default.
One episode → ~40 assets
1 long-form anchor · 8–15 captioned shorts · 3–5 quote cards · 1 common-ground audiogram · 1 email · 1 SEO/transcript page. Clip philosophy and the weekly drip live in the Ninja-360 Lane scroll.

5 · The Funnel — Views Are Rented, the List Is Owned

6 · House Sponsor Spots — First Episodes

The first episodes carry sponsor reads for our own three companies — practice for real reads, promotion for the alliance, and an on-air proof that the ad format works. Full disclosure on air ("this one's ours") — the honesty builds the trust a paid read will spend later. Rule: nobody reads their own company.

Erik — Podcast Ninja, Lucky 13
Spot 1 · Lucky 13 — read by anyone but Erik. "This whole show — the look, the room, the reason it doesn't feel like four people yelling into webcams — that's Lucky 13…" 60s + 30s cuts drafted; brackets pending Erik's proof point + offer. Full scripts →
Gabe — Creative Ninja, Lucid Cinematics
Spot 2 · Lucid Cinematics — read by anyone but Gabe. "See how good this looks? Production value isn't vanity — it's the difference between scrolling past and trusting you in three seconds…" Brackets pending signature capability + offer.
Tim — Head Ninja, Ninja-360
Spot 3 · Ninja-360 — read by anyone but Tim. "Most small businesses are invisible online and don't know it… free visibility audit at ninja360.net. Get the audit, then decide." Record-ready.

Cadence — the anchor metric

Twice a month, 3-month sprint, then reassess for weekly. The scoreboard isn't episode count — it's did we hit every date we promised. Twenty-six solid beats forty flaky.
