Found KC —
We Put You On The Map

MAP = the Ninja-360 process: Make · Amplify · Promote. YouTube-first documentary series. One episode = one local KC business rescued from invisibility. Day-in-the-life style — real work, real owner, real transformation.

"You can hire a web developer, a photographer, a videographer… or you can just hire a ninja."

1 · Why This Show Exists

Every episode does three jobs at once. Most content does one job. Found KC does three — this is the client-acquisition machine wearing a story's clothes.

Job 1
Markets the Business

The featured owner gets cinema-grade media and a story worth telling.

Job 2
Markets Ninja-360 by Demonstration

No pitch, just proof. The viewer watches the work and thinks "I want that for my place."

Job 3
Becomes a Permanent Case Study

Send it to the next prospect. The library compounds.

StoryBrand rule

The owner is the hero. Ninja-360 is the guide. The camera's heart stays on them, always.

2 · The Episode Arc

IThe Ache0:00–0:30

Cold open. No logo. No music. No intro.

  • The business, empty. A wide shot that feels a little too quiet — a restaurant with no diners, a shop door that doesn't open.
  • The owner, raw, to camera: "I've been open two years. People love it when they come. But some days nobody comes."
  • ~0:15 — the turn: "So I called somebody." Cut to Tim and Gabe pulling up. Arrival only — no resolution yet.
  • Title hits AFTER the problem is felt: Found KC. We put you on the map. Now the logo means something.
Rule: keep Act One genuinely uncomfortable. Don't rush the rescue. The longer the viewer sits in the owner's frustration, the more they feel their own.
IIThe BuildThe transformation engine

Make skilled work feel like a mission.

  • Arrival energy — car doors, gear coming out, the quiet confidence of people who know what they're doing. Show up like the cavalry.
  • Intercut two threads: the craft — 360 rig going up, drone launch, lighting, tight detail shots of the space suddenly looking gorgeous (people love watching competence) — and the connection — Tim listening to the owner's story; Gabe explaining how he's going to tell it. This is where the guide relationship shows.
  • Pacing accelerates — start deliberate, then quick cuts, music lifts, the empty room from Act One fills with light and motion.
  • Teaching beats, not lectures — quick "here's why we shoot it this way" moments. The watching owner sees the thinking, not just the results. That builds trust.
IIIThe PayoffDon't rush it

The single emotional beat the whole episode builds to.

  • The reveal. The owner hasn't seen the finished work. Sit them down, turn the screen. The tour, the drone shot, their place looking like somewhere people drive across town for.
  • Then shut up. Hold on their face. The "oh wow," the smile, the catch in the throat — that reaction is the most valuable footage in the episode. That's what makes the next owner call.
  • The callback. Act One: "some days nobody comes." Close the loop — weeks later, the place is busy, the phone rings, they're on the map.
  • The tagline lands. Cut to black. Done.

3 · The Rules

  1. The hero is always the owner. Never Tim. Never Gabe.
  2. Act One stays uncomfortable — no early rescue.
  3. Every episode is a case study disguised as a story.
  4. The reveal reaction is sacred footage. Protect the surprise.
