Generationally Incorrect —
The Ninja-360 Lane

Ninja-360's role and system inside the Generationally Incorrect podcast — the three-way co-production with Erik Juergensen (Lucky 13) and Gabe Miller (Lucid Cinematics).

What this scroll is

The Dojo's copy of our lane — what Ninja-360 owns, runs, and bills.

What this scroll is not

Not the partnership agreement. The shared strategy and terms live in the three-way shared doc.

1 · The Structure (One-Paragraph Version)

Three co-producers, equal thirds. Costs before profit, every time: revenue comes in → each partner's company gets paid at pre-agreed, disclosed vendor rates (Lucid edits, Ninja-360 markets, Lucky 13 hosts) → what's left splits three ways. All time and hard costs tracked from day one, even while unpaid. Rates set once, upfront, in writing — no per-project haggling, ever.

2 · Ninja-360's Lane

Distribution & Social
Full ownership. Runs through a dedicated GHL sub-account for the podcast, walled off from client accounts.
Vendor Billing
Ninja-360 bills the show at the disclosed partner rate. Transparent invoice, no hidden markup. Same rule Lucid follows for editing.
Sponsorship Bundling
Ninja media (360 shoots, clips) packaged into sponsor deals. New-show playbook: sell association + content, not audience numbers. Warm local relationships first; founding-sponsor status; case studies before cash.
Show Strategy
Shared, three-way vote. Odd number, no deadlocks.

3 · The Clip Philosophy

"Which 20 seconds makes someone tag a family member?"
The entire editing and social brief in one sentence. Clip recognition, not the loudest argument. Heat gets views — recognition gets shares, and shares grow shows.

Three clip types to hunt:

Clip Type 1
The Gap

Two generations genuinely can't understand each other on something small and relatable — tipping, phone calls, rent.

Clip Type 2
The Turn

Someone's actually persuaded or caught off guard. Vulnerability travels.

Clip Type 3
The Line

One sentence so sharp it works with zero context.

The handoff: Tim flags candidate moments live during recording (timestamps). Lena/Lucid crafts the clips. Tim spots, Lucid crafts.

4 · The Publishing Rhythm

5 · Platform Roles

PlatformJob
YouTubeAnchor + discovery. The tentpole.
SpotifyAudio home.
TikTok / IGClip-hunting for younger audience.

6 · Cadence

Twice a month · 3-month sprint · then reassess

~6 episodes, then reassess for weekly. Anchor metric: did we hit every date we promised — not episode count. Twenty-six solid beats forty flaky.
