An asset is anything that would still be valuable if you weren't around. This roadmap takes every finding and every tip from the Dent heatmap and turns it into the company-wide build order — executed in-house, layered onto the machinery already running.

How this stacks with the KPI Gameplan: the 5 Ps build Tim — the Key Person of Influence. The 24 assets build Ninja-360 — a business that holds value without him. Same Priestley system, two layers. The heatmap literally scores "Key People of Influence" as the strongest Culture asset — the gameplan already under way IS the engine of this roadmap.

01 · The Two Verdicts That Matter

Verdict 1 — Business Design: Lifestyle Boutique

Dent's classification: build a fun team of 3–12 technicians with high revenue per person, driven by a Key Person of Influence supported by smart digital assets, optimized for income, flexibility, and fun — and deliberately never more than 12 people. This validates the entire current structure: Tim as the KPI face, Draft Picks (Gabe, Pavan, Brent) instead of employees, digital assets instead of headcount. You are not under-building a big agency — you are correctly building a boutique. Stop apologizing for being small; the report says small-by-design wins.

Verdict 2 — Stress Is an Asset Deficiency

The report's diagnostic rule: anything causing stress or a bottleneck is a missing asset. No leads → Marketing & Sales systems deficiency (your reddest square). Everything running through Tim → Management & Admin deficiency. Nobody amplifying the brand → Ambassadors deficiency. This turns every complaint into a build task — the same move the visibility audit does for clients.

Key People of Influence
Tim + the gameplan. The strongest people asset — the 5P campaign compounds it.

Tim sells; nobody else does. Pavan's sales-coaching trade is Tim giving, not receiving.

No one runs the machine but Tim. James countersigns; Elizabeth handles Tatem paperwork — nothing systematic.
Technicians
Gabe/Pavan/Hasan are the technician bench — none formalized. The activation sheets fix this square.
Funding AssetsReddest category — deliberately parked, not ignored
Business Plan
Business Plan v3 exists but shows superseded pricing — needs the v3 refresh already flagged in the Hub.
Valuation
Never valued. Low urgency for a lifestyle boutique — cheap to fix when wanted.
Structure
Solo LLC, no documented governance. One accountant+lawyer session covers the basics.
Risk Mitigation
Commercial drone insurance + FAA 107 exist. Key-person risk (everything = Tim) is the real exposure.

Two process rules adopted from the report, effective now: (1) The Asset Creation Cycle — Ideas → Mess → Brief → Beta → Official → Remarkable — is the official versioning path for every Ninja-360 asset (your V01/V02 habit, formalized). (2) Let go of DIY — quality suppliers build sellable assets. This is exactly why Gabe and Pavan get paid real terms (see Money Strategy), not endless trades.

Nothing here replaces the 90-day sprint. The net-new items slot around it, cheapest-and-highest-leverage first. Funding assets stay deliberately last — the lifestyle-boutique design says income, flexibility, and fun are the metrics, not fundability.
