The 90-Day Sprint

Two lanes, one scoreboard. Everything here comes from the 24-Asset Roadmap and the KPI Gameplan — this is the version we run as a crew, week by week, with deliverables you can check off.

V01 · July 16, 2026  ·  Sprint window: Jul 13 – Oct 11, 2026 (W1–W13)  ·  Day-90 target: KPI score ~37 (Rising band)

§1 The Two Lanes

Every deliverable in this sprint belongs to exactly one lane. Lanes keep the work parallel — a field week doesn't stall the series, and an edit week doesn't stall revenue. Tim rides both lanes; Pavan and Gabe each own one.

🔵 Lane 1 — Revenue & Systems

Tim (lead) + Pavan (capture & data)
  • IDS field work — always schedules first (Wichita return, Gatekeeper STL, Target 1757, Merriam ON)
  • Field-day completion checklists + leave-site gate
  • Invoice engine: acceptance-day rule + Friday batch
  • GHL pipeline: free audit → report → walkthrough → close
  • Audit data collection (Report 2027 target: 100+ scored KC businesses)
  • White Belt one-pager · Brown Belt delivery playbook

🟠 Lane 2 — Series & Brand

Tim (lead) + Gabe (creative director, post-Gate 0)
  • "On the M.A.P." episodes E0–E6, biweekly, filmed + published
  • Repurpose map on every shoot: long-form + 2–3 shorts + blog + GBP + LinkedIn
  • Brand kit: logo, type, orange tokens, thumbnails, lower-thirds
  • Pitch V01 + three published philosophy statements
  • Two filmed client case studies
  • Ambassador shortlist + two "Draft Picks" invites
Gate 0 opens the sprint. Lane 2 runs at half power until Gabe's terms are settled (per-episode flat / retainer / rev-share + training trade). Terms in principle in W1–2, papered by W4.

§2 The Weekly Rhythm — Non-Negotiable

Two fixed touchpoints per week. Everything else flexes around IDS field days; these two don't.

Every Monday · In person or video · NON-NEGOTIABLE

Monday Sync — Set the Week

  1. Punch list review: walk every open item — done, stuck, or carried. Add new items surfaced since Friday.
  2. Lane check: each lane states its ONE deliverable for the week (from §3 below).
  3. Logs review: time log totals, open issues, proposed solutions — decide on each solution: adopt, test, or park.
  4. Schedule: lay the week's work around confirmed IDS field days and shoot dates.

30–45 min. Miss it only for a client emergency — and it gets rescheduled within 24 hours, never skipped.

Every Friday · Async or quick call

Friday Follow-Up — Close the Week

  1. Existing projects: status ping every open engagement — WOs pending, AP confirmations, client waits (Josh/LiveSmart-style threads don't go stale).
  2. Invoice batch: run the Friday engine — every acceptance this week has an invoice queued or sent.
  3. Logs closed out: time entries complete for the week; new issues written down with at least one possible solution attached.
  4. Punch list staged for Monday — anything unfinished gets carried forward explicitly, not silently.

20 min. Friday is the leak-catcher — it exists because of Safelite and Wichita.

The Three Trackers

One shared tracker (sheet or GHL), three tabs. Rule: if it isn't logged, it didn't happen.

TrackerColumnsFed byReviewed
Time LogDate · Person · Lane · Task · HoursEveryone, daily (rough is fine — quarter-hours)Monday sync
Issue LogDate · Issue · Impact · Possible solution(s) · Owner · StatusAnyone who hits a snag — logged same day, with at least one proposed fixFriday close + Monday decision
Punch ListItem · Lane · Owner · Added · Due · DoneMonday sync additions + anything promised to a clientEvery Monday, top of agenda
Time tracking isn't surveillance — it's how we learn what a belt build, an episode, and a field day actually cost, so pricing and Gabe/Pavan comp stay fair and defensible.

§3 Week-by-Week Deliverables

Each week has one headline deliverable per lane. Episodes run biweekly. IDS field dates slot in as confirmed and take precedence — deliverables flex within the week, not out of it.

§4 What Each Person Is Signing Up For

PersonRole This SprintStanding Commitments
TimSprint owner · both lanes · on cameraMonday sync agenda + punch list · Friday invoice batch + dashboard · every deliverable has his name or a delegate's
GabeCreative Director (post-Gate 0) · Lane 2Monday sync · episode shoots & edits on the biweekly clock · brand kit W7 · repurpose set within 5 days of each shoot · logs time per episode
PavanCapture & data · Lane 1Monday sync · field days as booked ($100/day rate card) · runs the leave-site checklist on every capture · logs audit data same-day
MurdochAdmin support — lane TBDConfirm lane at first Monday sync; candidate owner for invoice engine + dashboard upkeep (#15)
The deal underneath the sprint: everyone's time is logged, every issue gets a proposed solution, and the Monday punch list is the single source of what's owed. That's not bureaucracy — that's the Systems asset (the business's weakest category at 40) being built by how we work, on camera, for 13 weeks.
