Tim Petet × Gabriel Miller. Four buckets, one direction: build the most visible creative operation in Kansas City — and get paid by the work it wins. Each bucket has its own money structure; nothing blurs.
Gabe is the premium production tier on Brown and Black Belt builds — cinematic capture, direction, and edit. His fee is a priced line item inside every belt build; Brown ($3,000) and Black ($10,000) were priced specifically to carry this level of production.
The role is real and intended for Gabe: co-designs the Stage-4 creative layer (templates, color grade, story structure), owns the creative spec the editing pipeline runs on. It goes in writing after the first paid project together — likely LiveSmart — and includes the one-role vs. two-tier decision (Gabe direction + a volume editor) once Hasan's availability is confirmed.
Courses turn expertise into a product that sells while you sleep (the Product pillar), train the future Ninja-360 field techs (the hiring pipeline), and serve the mission on record since day one: teaching young adults drone, 360, and the digital trades. The series audience built in Q1–Q3 becomes the course's launch audience in Q4.
