The Gabe Miller Roadmap
Ninja-360 × Lucid Cinematics

Tim Petet × Gabriel Miller. Four buckets, one direction: build the most visible creative operation in Kansas City — and get paid by the work it wins. Each bucket has its own money structure; nothing blurs.

Prepared 2026-07-13 · Companion to the KPI Gameplan ("On the M.A.P.") · Rates set together in writing — blanks filled in the room

01 · Ground Rules

02 · The Four Buckets

B1 · Client Builds — Premium CaptureNow · every belt close

Scope

Gabe is the premium production tier on Brown and Black Belt builds — cinematic capture, direction, and edit. His fee is a priced line item inside every belt build; Brown ($3,000) and Black ($10,000) were priced specifically to carry this level of production.

Rates (set together, in writing)

  • Day rate: $ · Half-day: $ · Per-edit: $
  • First engagement: the LiveSmart media shoot — fee sized to that deal's cash or paid at go-live.
Structure: per-project, paid when the client pays. Every time. Income scales with closes.
B2 · The Series + Content Engine90-day sprint · E0–E6

Scope

  • Director / DP / editor on "On the M.A.P." — the filmed 12-month KPI campaign (7 episodes in the 90-day sprint, biweekly).
  • The training trade, starting now: Tim teaches 360 editing + mobile DJI workflow → Gabe teaches storytelling, edit craft, and builds the color-grade preset + template library.
  • Success upside: when a client signs traceably from content Gabe directed, he gets a defined cut or the capture work on that build.
Structure: per-episode rate paid on publish — $/episode — plus the training trade (no cash) plus the content-sourced deal cut: %. No retainer.
B3 · Creative Director / Lead EditorIn writing after one paid project

Scope

The role is real and intended for Gabe: co-designs the Stage-4 creative layer (templates, color grade, story structure), owns the creative spec the editing pipeline runs on. It goes in writing after the first paid project together — likely LiveSmart — and includes the one-role vs. two-tier decision (Gabe direction + a volume editor) once Hasan's availability is confirmed.

Path: first paid project delivered → role + authority + comp terms on one page → signed by Friday of that week.
B4 · Ninja Trainings — The Course LineQ4 2026 · after the 90-day sprint

Scope

  • FAA Part 107 prep course — exam preparation for commercial drone certification, built on Tim's Part 107 experience and field practice. (Prep course — the FAA administers the actual test.)
  • 360 photography course — capture, stitch, publish: the Ninja-360 method from Theta/Matterport to Google Street View, taught from real field SOPs.
  • Further NINJA trainings — mobile DJI products, editing craft, visibility fundamentals for owners. Curriculum grows from what the two of you already trade-teach each other.
  • Division of labor: Tim = subject matter + field credibility · Gabe = instructional filming, story structure, edit, and course production quality.

Why this bucket matters

Courses turn expertise into a product that sells while you sleep (the Product pillar), train the future Ninja-360 field techs (the hiring pipeline), and serve the mission on record since day one: teaching young adults drone, 360, and the digital trades. The series audience built in Q1–Q3 becomes the course's launch audience in Q4.

Timing: concept + outline in Q4 planning (October) · production after the day-90 re-score · launch target: Q1 2027 alongside the KC Visibility Report.
Structure: revenue share on course sales — % to Gabe — with IP ownership, credits, and platform terms defined in writing before production starts. No cash up front; the courses pay their makers.

One Partnership, Four Clean Deals

This is the whole relationship on one page: paid capture on every belt, a filmed campaign that builds both brands, a director's chair with a short path to it, and a course line that turns what you both know into a product. Fill in the blanks together, sign it Friday, and start shooting.
